Browse All FAQ →The Installer (.exe) installs the app to your system directory and creates a Start Menu shortcut, making it ideal for daily use; it can be uninstalled via "Apps & Features." The Portable (.zip) version runs directly after extraction without writing to the registry, perfect for USB drives or users who prefer not to install software; just delete the folder to remove it. Both versions offer identical features.
This is a standard macOS Gatekeeper restriction for non-App Store apps. To resolve: Go to System Settings > Privacy & Security, scroll down to find "DVDVPN was blocked," and click "Open Anyway." If the option is missing, hold the Control key, click the .dmg file, and select "Open."
This is usually caused by: 1. A corrupted download (please redownload and try again); or 2. Your phone processor is not ARM64-v8a (rare for devices after 2017). Also, ensure your Android version is 7.0 or higher in Settings > About Phone.
The current version does not support auto-updates. Please check this page regularly for the latest version. To update, simply download and run the new installer; your settings and account info will typically be preserved.
Yes. A single DVDVPN account can be used on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS simultaneously. All devices share the same monthly traffic pool, and usage from all connected devices is counted against your account's total allowance.
